    Description

    ANTIQUE ELGIN EAGLE BREWING CO BEER BOTTLE. complete with pocelain stopper - gasket is aged.
    The Elgin Eagle Brewery was the first brewery destroyed by the Feds for violation of prohibition.
    This bottle was rescued from the 1923 raid by my grandmother - she is still alive at 106 years old & still living in Elgin, less than 2 miles from the old brewery location.
    Quart size, bottle is 12" tall with stopper.  VERY RARE.
