The Dry-Brik contained in the Dry & Store family of products has three important functions: (1) to permanently remove the moisture molecules that are released from the devices during the warm drying cycle; (2) to drive the relative humidity inside the box to a much lower level than is possible with just a heater, thus maximizing the drying capability; and (3) to capture odors. Boxes using heat alone lower the relative humidity by warming the air, but the amount of moisture in the air does not change. While warm air can hold more moisture than cool air, unless the water is removed, it can condense right back where it was when the heat goes off. That's where the desiccant comes in. Products without a desiccant might work fine in a desert, but in a humid environment they are simply ineffective. The Dry & Store family of products uses Dry-MaxTM technology: a controlled amount of warm dry air, a soft but continuous flow of air around all of the small ports and openings in an electronic device like a hearing instrument, and the powerful Dry-Brik II desiccant to do the job right! IMPORTANT: The new version does not have copper strip on top for older Professional units with serial numbers prior to DSG119426. No briks with the copper strips available on this listing. According to the Manufacturer they have an insert available that will allow you to use these Briks in your older unit. The manufacturer-Ear Technology, will send an insert to you free of charge.

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. 1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
3. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt.
Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck or any other un-deliverable address, we will be unable to complete delivery. If the shipment ends up being shipped back to our warehouse the customer will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs as well the related restocking fees listed in our return policy.
