    Description

Antique Mouth Blown Turn-Mold Dark Amber Malt Extract Beer Bottle with Applied Finish - Late 1800's
This bottle probably made in the late 1880's to early 1890s. The bottle was mouth blown, in a turn-mold, with no seams anywhere on the bottle.
The bottom edge of the finish at the top of the bottle is non-symmetrical, implying it was not tool finished. There is a small nick at the top of the finish next to the opening.
    This
bottle is 8 1/2 inches tall, and 2 1/2 inches wide, measured at the base.
The bottle was simply rinsed off and wiped down with warm water and a soft cloth. It has not been professionally cleaned.
